At-Will Employment Policy

The relationship between employees and the Company (TELACU and its Subsidiaries) is known as “At-Will.” This means that neither employees nor the Company is bound to continue the employment relationship. This means that employment with the Company has no specified duration. Employees are free to resign at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Similarly, the Company may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

No employee or representative of the Company has the power or authority to offer employees an employment contract for a specified period of time, to modify the at-will nature of the employment relationship, or to make any agreements that are contrary to the Company‘s “At-Will” Employment Policy.
